Due to the complexity, it requires nine sessions to train in any one routine of the HIT program. This is usually done with two one-hour sessions a week for four and a half weeks but can also be done as three one-hour sessions a week for three weeks. I am happy to offer support and answers to any questions that might come up before, during or after. The routines are approachable for anyone regardless of experience and are adjustable for those with flexibility issues and injuries. A maximum of four in a Self-Workout session, or two in a running or lifting session.
One full set of nine training sessions is $1,000 for one person, and $500 per each extra individual.
