I am here to offer the next stage of personal training and self care: the Harmonic Integrative Training Program, where all systems are worked out together. There are excellent running and lifting routines, but the foundation of the HIT Program is the Self Workout.
The Self Workout is a stretching routine that combines complete physical, mental, and emotional workouts; all woven together with a complex meditation. It strengthens, balances, and harmonizes the various parts of the mind and body, and trains them to work together as one. I originally developed it to increase efficiency as I had limited time and wished to do as much as possible in a small period of time. I used best practices from many fields and created something new by the integration of the essential parts of what has already been established.
I have tested the full versions of all the routines for the last five years, and they have far surpassed my expectations. Instead of just increasing efficiency, the HIT program has had, and is still having, a huge impact on my life in many aspects: increasing my mental capabilities, my emotional and self awareness, my understanding of my body, and more than anything, the ability to do complex tasks.
I wish to show you what it is like to have everything working and growing in concert, and hope to hear from you soon.
